.: Happy Wesak Day :.

It's today.

In remembrance,
of the birth, death and enlightenment of Buddha. Before dawn, Buddhists make their way to temples with their offering of prayers, flowers and incense; releasing doves, and providing alms and free meals to the monks and the needy.

"To understand everything is to forgive everything"; Buddha

I just reached home after a long day in Perak. Quite a number of things are happening concurrently with certain revelations that are conflicting; disturbing, thus do accept my apologies for not posting as much. Nevertheless, I would like to extend this little ounce of hope during this auspicious occasion.

Happy Wesak Day to everyone! May we rise up to the theme for this year; "Religious Tolerance for Peace"!

Arabic lessons ending tomorrow.

Hajar! Hajar! I received your gorgeous package with the lovely gifts!! But my computer crashed with a nasty virus and was in the shop for WEEKS. Did you get the post card I eventually sent to you to let you know that I got your box?? THANK YOU SO MUCH! I love what you sent!!

I'm moving more and more to wearing hijab scarves all of the time. I think I have my husband's support...

I've started a hijab blog of my own but it's private. This is because I've got people here **locally** who stalk me around the internet and read my comments EVERYWHERE and then attack me for it... so I can't advertise my private blog on my other blogs because I'll get harassed. So my hands are kind of tied. I'm stuck having to go around all of my fav hijabi blogs and trying to get ladies to email me so I can add them to the list. I'm relying on "Word of Typing" hahahha!

If you or any of your readers want to be added to my list please send me an email!

errlend.spence@virgin.net

And please spread the word somehow! Otherwise I won't have any readers hahahaha!! I soooo want to share my journey of hijab with women who love God and understand hijab!! It's very lonely here sometimes.

You can share my email!

I hope you're doing well!!

**HUGS** Michelle

Michelle~!!! I did get your postcards, but I haven't gotten around to replying as the whole 2 weeks have been anything hectic! I'm terribly terribly sorry! I hope to swing by the post to mail the letter tomorrow. Btw, you are most welcome~! And please do accept my apologies & tardiness.

Ehh...? Like for real? Awesome~! Now I know what to send you for X'mas! ^^

Oho~ Do tell me about it. I believe I got an invitation. ^^ Thank you so much~!!! And ... instead of keeping it for later, I might as well pop-over now. :) Plus, I'll add this snippet into my blog entry later today. Owh, and perhaps you can ask Hijabee to have this in the Travelling Hijab considering that's where we sisters congregate; and stalk one another. :P

Work is GOOD, other than that ... not so. I'm deliberately occupying myself with work, work and more work just to divert myself until I get a full comprehension of the situation. And I haven't slept for 5 days due to this, so I pretty much have panda eyes now. ^^

Alrighty then, kindly take good care of yourself and family and have a pleasant weekend!

Love, Hajar.

This is such a sweet gesture Hajar. Mashallah for your da'wah and I hope that many Buddhists see your quest for interfaith dialogue!

I also am interested in Michelle's hijab blog. Mashallah. Love you so dearly!

Lisa :: Honestly, I've never done any da'wah. But interfaith discussion, is something I do on a daily basis and I'm sure Michelle would love you to pop-over there. :)
